These are simple and should present well, use brown sugar instead of maple and lay then on a plate with the roasted carmalized pecan over the top..add some butter to the sauce as well and it will get candy like in the pot, you may want to roast the nuts separately so they don't get too soft in the pot.
This is not a cassorole so I will be done at the last minute
